CISE, the Common Sharing Environment for Maritime Domain, aims to facilitate the information exchange across sectors and borders, ensuring the safety of human lives, by providing efficient communication and crisis management. However, the adoption of CISE is substantially limited by its existing serialization. Thus, the EUCISE-OWL is presented, an ontology representation of the CISE data model that capitalizes on the benefits provided by ontologies and aims to encourage the adoption of CISE.
Learn more about EUCISE-OWL, through our publication in the Semantic Web Journal, in the framework of the ROBORDER project....
